For this last year 2008, U.S. Development Group submitted each of its rail terminals to be considered for this award. To receive this award, a company must have reported injuries and illnesses at its location that involved days away from work, equal to or less than 50% of the BLS rate for their 6-digit NAICS Code, and have had no fatalities during a calendar year, January 1 through December 31.
